We have had a whole chicken in the freezer and I have been afraid to go near it. Well yesterday I decided it is finally time to cook it. I used one of my pampered chef pans and man did it turn out amazing. I just put the chicken in the Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven.
Recipe:
One dutch oven
1 whole chicken ( I did put mine in frozen but you can do fresh as well)
Cover with pads of butter
I sprinkled to coat a mixture of Pepper, season salt and my favorite chicken spice.
Put in 350 degree oven for 4 to 6 hours or until browned
