My mom has requests and I have a knack for wanting to try new things. We will do videos and share the recipes as they are completed. I will share our thoughts of how we feel it turned out.
New Years Eve 2023 we had oil fondue with a marinaded steak and shrimp. For the marinade I used 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic, 1 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tablespoon dried basil. I cut up the steak and put in a large gallon bag and then poured the mixture over and then massaged into the meat and then put the bags into the freezer. The day of the fondue I put the bags in the sink with water to thaw out.
