With the cooler weather decided that we should try to start thinking about our summer camping plans. Wisconsin state parks allow you to plan your trips whenever but Minnesota state parks limit you to 120 before your arrival date. This has been a challenge because we have ended up not getting much in the way of parks on the weekends because others book mid week through the weekend. With this challenge we have looked at week day dates to maybe allow some trips that still gives us our weekends. We will let you know if it works to our advantage.
Willow River has been booked for a spot by the lake in early May we hope for nice weather and water falls that might really be flowing. Really looking forward to warmer weather and campfires. Forecasting 50s next weekend might need to get the fire pit out and start a fire I could always go for a S’more.
