Another week of Meal planning. I am really feeling pretty good about the progress this last week. We stayed pretty true to the plan with only one day that we changed it a bit. It has been helping me quite a bit to stay on task. This week is quiet since just Ryan and I are home the meals are a little lighter.

Breakfast- Yogurt

Dinner- Tuna Salad
Friday-
Breakfast- Cereal
Lunch- Salad
Dinner- BBQ ribs
Saturday-
Breakfast- Eggs, Bacon and Hashbrowns
Lunch- Salad
Dinner- Pizza at Old World
Sunday-
Breakfast- Eggs and corn beef hash
Lunch- Sandwich
Dinner- Katie’s Choice
