Amber and I did some freezer meal prep. What an amazing day. We had such a wonderful time and were successful in making the following meals. Twice Baked Potatoes with bacon and cheese, Mongolian Beef with green beans, chicken enchiladas, cheesy hash browns, and Chicken Tikka Masala. We started the day with trips to both Sam’s Club as well as Costco to pick up ingredients. It was sure tiring but we were so happy with some of the results. I am going to work on my month meal plans on Sunday and will hopefully be able to get those up Monday. The prepped meals above I will share recipes as we try them with a rating of each.
