Meal Plan- July 29 to Aug. 3

We had another great week last week. Katie is off to camp this week. I had Sunday be Katie’s choice last week and she picked a wonderful meal out of my new cook book. Peanut Perfection Pad Thai. We will definitely be having this again and I will be adding it to the recipe page very soon. The peanut sauce was amazing and I think I will freeze some up to have on hand. It took Katie and I working together to have it done in about an hour but I will add it to my freezer meal planning for winter when we don’t have as much time to get a meal on the table.

Dinner- BLT’s, corn on the cob and watermelon
